Event Flyers, Content & Samples
Flyers: Event flyers are one of your most powerful tools, every auto related event needs a flyer for advertising and communicating your event. A lot of sites will post flyers for events they find online and if your event does not have a flyer, it will most likely not get the circulation it needs. Flyers can be passed out, posted in store windows, bulletin boards, routed through local car clubs and placed in vehicles while you are attending other car shows. Flyers can be submitted to car show websites for posting on their event calendars. For best results and maximum circulation for your event, always create a flyer for your event.
Content: The best practice to follow before actually designing and creating your flyer is to make sure you have all the important information people need for your event. Another good rule to follow, content before fancy. Make it pretty after you have laid out all the important information on your draft flyer. For visual appearance follow the rule, less is more, meaning don't make the flyer so busy that all the graphics and non-detail stuff makes the detail about your event hard to find when looking at your flyer.
Using tools like Word or Power Point makes flyer creation pretty easy and you can play with your design until you get the desired flyer look you wanted. Remember, your flyer is your invitation to your event.
Your Flyer, the invitation to your event should have the following:

Most pre-registration require the year, make and model of the vehicle being registered along with name and address of the person pre-registering.
